Intermediate Architect
Responsibilities
You’ll join our team working side-by-side with the principal and design staff from concept through construction. You’ll develop drawings, coordinate with consultants, help translate strong design ideas into built reality, and contribute to a studio culture that values clarity, craft, and place.
Qualifications
2–5 years of professional architecture experience
Strong design sensibility and keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred

Interior Designer
Responsibilities
This team member is responsible for leading interior design projects from initial concept through to construction completion. Develops comprehensive design concepts, selects finishes, furniture, textiles, and materials. Designs and documents custom millwork, built-ins, furniture, and interior architectural details. Coordinates the selection, procurement, ordering, and installation of furnishings to ensure smooth project progress and timely completion. Leads client presentations, collaborates with consultants, conducts site visits, and maintains detailed project documentation.
Qualifications
4-7 years of professional interior design experience
Strong knowledge of interior architecture, custom millwork, furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes and FF&E
Proficiency in Revit with experience producing coordinated construction documents
Degree in Interior Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of construction methods and detailing
Additional Experience
NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification, preferred but not required
Experience with luxury residential interiors and custom furniture design
Experience managing furnishings, procurement and installation
Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD
